In the early morning, we take tea or milk. Many take milk before sleep also. Most people take liqueur in the evening but die hard drunkards may take any time. Actually milk and liqueur are no substitutes.
The thread was only about increase in liqueur consumption in last few months of year 2011. Obviously, there is more consumption in year end owing to festive season and cold weather.
