Quality is different to different people so I guess here we need to stress on active participation which is what makes a forum interesting and vibrant.....
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
I think one leads to other. Regular activity in the forum it enables the member to learn about Quality content,and this further leads the member to post quality responses. It's a chain.
