There is actually not much difficulty in getting a job in India but the difficulty is whether the job is right for ones qualification and quality. I personaly know guys from Assam and WB having MA, Bcom and BA qualifications works in quarrys across kerala and earns more than 15k to 20k per month. Some guys sits simply and waits for the right oppurtunity eventually it never comes. So dont blame the govt or some body else but do what ever u get to do and excell in it and u may get more good fortunes
Yes Kalyani, I think the unemployment problem is not affected boddunanians much!!!

The problem of unemployment like other economic problems can be viewed from macro as well as micro angle. The govt. is responsible at macro level for planning job opportunities and training facilities whereas this is an individual's responsibility to assess his potential and equip himself with necessary expertise according to his aptitude.

The problem with most youth is that they do not assess themselves and their natural talent and aptitude. They seek best paying job without looking at their own potential. I know a young man who opted for merchant shipping only for lure of money but he had no real interest in sea and could not afford to be on high sea for months together. An individual must first look in his real interest and then look for suitable job without bothering about income. Anyone can be most successful in a job that meets his hidden talent and natural aptitude.

The extension of date is welcome. This will bring some more discussion. Most of the youth here are either employed, seeking employment or just students. But they are all lively and enthusiastic.

Employment in real sense means that everyone is in the job most suitable to him. By being lured for high income only, it is not wise to opt for a job that does not suit an individual. On the other hand, if he goes for a job that is according to his talent and interest, he may actually even earn more ultimately. It is easier to reach the top in your field of interest rather than in a job that is not suitable to your natural interests and aptitude. Job satisfaction is as important as money earned from that job.
