Kudos to that particular gentleman.  And to top it all, he is a software engineer!  Well, we hear stories that such software engineers are always self-centered and very selfish.  What a myth!

Regarding the CCTV, please do note that the police always relies on such things to catch the culprits.  Another suggestion.  Can we have the CCTV also installed in at least two establishments near the school, so that they can never escape?  You see, they need to enter the school anyway,  and the CCTV will capture their images.

The teachers should also be more careful.  Another simple suggestion.  If there are some young girls, who are unemployed, they can be employed by parents, for just Rs.100/- per month, per child.  In this fashion, if they are entrusted with the job of taking care of 60 children, they will earn six thousand rupees in the bargain.  Officially, they may be given identity passes by the school authorities, and they may also accompany the children in the buses and become with all the bus stops so that someone comes to pick up the children.

When parents spend huge amounts on education, am sure they will not mind spending this small amount.  The girls need to come in the morning and in the evening.  That is about all.  They will do the job with the maximum sincerity, as they will get the salary from the parents, not the school.

There is a saying, "Forewarned is forearmed.". This should be applied in our lives. In this regard, both parents and teachers have a major role.
