कालिख-काई से भरी हुई है

अखंड भारत की गली-गली

अपराधों से हरी हुई है |

कहीं दहेज़ की चिता जल रही

पढ़े -लिखे के हाथ कटोरा है

कहीं भूख से टूटती देह पर

परिवार के बोझ का बोरा है|

मज़बूरी का दामन पकड़े

मासूमो का बचपन बीता

रामू सड़क पर भीख मांगता

भगवान की शोभा पाते है

अविश्वास की ऐसी धूल उड़ी

जो आने में सकुचाते है|

मुखौटा ओढ़े सब बैठे है

शौक या मजबूरी में

अपने दिल से पूछ जमूरे

किस इच्छा की पूरी में |

जो दिखता है सो बिकता है

बिक गई 'शीला के जवानी'

सीधी 'मुन्नी बदनाम' हो गई

घर-घर की यहीं कहानी |

गाँव-देश बाज़ार हो गया

जहाँ होता सबका सौदा

संबंधों का जड़ उखड रहा

पलता स्वार्थ का पौधा |

For us to be alive, we need food, water and air. We also need clothes and shelter, which keep us safe from heat, cold wind and rain. Food, water, air clothes and shelter are call basic needs. But, sometimes,  need can turn into wants. A want is something that is extra or in excess of a need. It is not required to maintain or sustain life.

 While there are only a few limited needs, wants can be endless. For example, we can be happy and healthy with a simple diet of rice, lentils and vegetables. This is all we need to stay alive. By contrast, rich foods, fast food and snacks are all wants. We can do without them.

 Similarly, owning a few simple and practical cloths is a necessary. But a cupboard full of clothes is a necessity. But a cupboard full of clothes it represents a want. We can live quite well without rich food, expensive clothes and luxurious houses, jewelry, cars or television. It is much easier to stay healthy and happy when we lead simple life.

 So for, we have only spoken of physical needs that keep us alive. But, as humans, we also have minds that can think, create, remember, analyze and be conscious. To work to its fullest capacity, our mind too has certain needs.

 Education is one such need. It teaches us many things about the world. It teaches us how to read, write and calculated. Education teaches us to think logically and independently. It makes us grow aware or become conscious. Education gives us discipline, and prepares us for a full, happy, creative and productive life.

 Our minds also need to be engaged in doing some useful work throughout our life. This helps us not only to earn a living but also to spend our time gainfully. When we are creative and productive, our mind grows to its fullest extent.

 As humans, we also need to belong to a community. We are happy when we have friends and family. It gives us a sense of belonging and security. At the same time, we also need solitude or time alone. Solitude allows us to think about who are and we want to do with our life. A healthy mind needs periods of quiet, and closeness to nature.

In ancient times, human lived close to nature. They grew their own food. The water they drank was clean, and air was fresh.

Today, very few of us grow our own food. We depend on others for it, and sometimes our food is grown in unhealthy conditions. Good drinking water and fresh air are also a scarcity. In many places, people walk for long distance to fetch water. The air we breathe today is highly polluted with factory and automobile smoke. Many people do not have proper food, houses or clothes. Thus, people’s basic needs are not being met in many parts of the world.

There are several reasons why this is so. Chief among them is overpopulation or too many people. When there are so many people in the world, it is difficult for everyone’s basic needs to be met.

The earth’s natural resources such as air, water and soil are not endless and unlimited. They are shrinking all the time because of the pollution caused by human greed, carelessness and lack of common sense. When we exploit, misuse or overuse the earth’s natural resources to feed our endless wants, we endanger the very source of our basic needs.

There is another important reason why basic needs are not met in many parts of the world. This is because of the confusion in people’s minds between needs and wants.

 For instance, there are many people in our country who do not get one square meal a day but own a television. This is where education plays a very important role. It is education which helps us distinguish between needs and wants.

This is my first article in this site today  and I am so happy today that I cannot express it in simple words. But first of all I am going to thank God for whom i am living in this world and second to Boddunan just because it gave me an opportunity or a platform from where I could share my views and knowledge to my friends.

Today I am going to share with everyone about how I came to this site. It was not easy for me for it has taken months for me to know about this site. I was looking for a long time for such an opportunity. I was looking for some legite site on the internet where I could earn a bit as well as pass a few hours doing something constructive which could enhance my skill and knowledge but all my efforts were going in vain as because most of the sites that I was going through or working on turned out to be scam which was badly hurting me.

Then I came to know about google adsense and for a moment I felt that I have got something through which I could do something constructive but my happiness was shortlived because quite a number of times my accounts were rejected by google. Then I went through the reviews of people on the net and some of them said that for a account in google adsense one has to wait for at least six months. My heart was once again broken.

I came across some sites which might be a legit one ( as suggested by others) to start some work but in the end I found that they charge huge fees to start any kind of work with them. Alas! I thought lucky are the guys who really know some sites where one has to pay nothing to start work or project with them and I was almost losing hope and getting morally dejected day by day and began to think that these things are not meant for me.

But suddenly today as I was surfing the internet in search of my some legit site I came across the site www.boddunan.com  and believe me I was always getting positive reviews about this site on the net. I at once thought that yes this is the site I was looking forward to for so many months and this is where is my final destination.

Alas! I felt that my so much time that I wasted in search of some legit site is not wasted for I found it myself and I have done it ! But once again I would say that firslty it was God who listened to me and secondly this site which seemed to me a blessing from God .

I would like to congratulate all my friends in this site who has given me the opportunity to work with them on an equal platform and I too hope that with  their views and reviews I would improve and learn from them.
