Anger is not good for any one
You know anger is not easy to keep in control for most of us despite we claim to remain peaceful and calm. However, anger is a feeling that needs an outlet otherwise it may prove fatal so try to find a way to keep yourself in control yet do not suppress your anger to avoid a heart attack because that is a sure way if you do not take your anger out of your system. However, this is no good to allow it to keep disturbing you and make you sick if not taken a proper care of anger and anger related problems.
As far I am concerned, I used to be some one who would want to go all out and break any thing or every thing that I could lay my hand on but that was way back. Now I have learned to keep my anger in control. I know this is not easy because while people become angry they simply want to shout and take steps, which may prove harmful for their own self because they get out of control and forget what to do. I agree the anger need a proper outlet but some people do not know its proper ways.
What I suggest, we should know that we are doing some thing wrong while we are angry and out of control. We must regret our bad behavior although there should be a let out for our anger in a proper way. You see every one says that we must not become angry as that is bad for us, all right I agree that this is not good but as every one knows that this is a natural feeling and we can only keep it in check up to a certain limit. Simply suppressing anger totally is a big mistake that we should avoid. Process of keeping it under control may differ for different persons according to their choice.
One should know the reasons of his anger to find a way to keep it under control. In most of such cases, there are two reasons for a genuine anger. This could be an outcome of physical or physiological reasons. If this is due to our nature, this needs our immediate attention or if this is due to our mental or physiological problem this again needs our immediate attention, as this is a physiatrist’s case. In such cases, we need a trainer or consultant. There are a few more reasons but those are temporary ones and can be taken care of easily.
There are certain ways to keep your anger in control
This is best to get away from the place where you are not feeling easy for some time and try to involve yourself with some other job that would take your attention away. Go have a few reverse counts starting from ninety-nine backward. Take deep breath and feel it going in and coming out. That would make you forget your anger. I had a punching bag that I used to punch while too angry. Alternatively, going to swimming pool and trying a few hard strokes in water would give you a two way soothing.
Never take a wrong step
We take a few wrong steps while in anger, which prove bad later and make us regret while we think over at a later stage. Therefore, the right strategy is to think quickly before taking such steps. The best way to overcome our anger is to talk out the basic problems. Most of the problems can be solved out if only we sit together and make things clear before they take an ugly shape.
Never loose your cool
Some times our mentality becomes the reason of anger that is possible in case of we have a problem at our work place or any other personal reasons, which could be any thing right from financial to domestic. Those reasons would make us stressful and we can feel the heat at smallest of provocations. Therefore the best way to counter such situations is to never loose your cool in worst of situations. We have a solution of every problem; there is a way if we only tried for them seriously. I used to throw my brief case on the bed and shoes in a corner to cool myself down whenever I returned to my hotel room too angry from a distributor’s place after a bad meeting.
Anger becomes the reason of changes in hormones
People who are ever ready to fight out as soon as they become angry on smallest of problems or provocations are the victims of the hormones those change our behavior immediately therefore the energy generated due to such hormonal changes should be utilized in some productive work to avoid a fight and to get some positive results in exchange. My favorite way is to write one extra article without thinking about my anger.
