In the talking time anger is like a firing box in the head.
Anger is a part of our nature, which we must always keep in check. Uncontrollable anger can sometimes spell disaster. A Hijacker, in a fit of range, can let the bullets fly! So many lives are lost as a result of one man’s anger.
Often, we turn our anger on the very people we love, it is only later that we are sorry for it. The father or mother, who beat the child in range, repents later on. The child, who hurts his parents in anger, feels sorry. But, it might be too late to repent, because the damage is already done. Anger of this kind, that drives away reason, is akin to madness. Such anger can only lead to shame.
It is easy to get a, but it is not easy to get angry with the right person, for the right reason, at the right time and to the right degree. Rage can make you lose your self-control and hit out at anyone or anything that comes in the way. This happens when you are frustrated. Nothing seems to be going right for you. You feel everyone is against you.
At such a time, instead of letting loose your anger; you must look for something to smooth you. Maybe, you could try to sit quietly and meditate, or listen to soft music. This would calm your nerves.
Anger that is directed against unfairness and injustice is good. Social reformers and leaders were angry at the evils in society.
Anger that bubbles over like a cauldron of boiling water can only singe and hurt you. But, anger which is controlled is like a cauldron of still water. You can stop to think and reason before acting.
An angry man has an angry look. The face is crisis-crossed with frowns, the mouth droops and the eyes glare. Try to keep your face beautiful, by keeping your rank anger in check.
