Ingredients:
Potatoes – according to the requirement
Paneer – 1 cup
Myda – 11/2cup
Oil- according to the requirement
Cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Green Chilies -2
Onion – 2
Carrot - 1
Green Peas – 1/2cup
Cumin seeds powder – 1spoon
Salt and chili powder – according to the taste
Chat masala – 1/2cup
Process:
Boil potatoes and smash them. Take another bowl and heat some oil in that. Now add cumin seeds, Green chili, chopped onion, chopped carrot, peas and the smashed potato. Then fry them. After some time add chopped paneer , cumin seeds powder, chili powder, chat masala, salt and finely mix them. After 2 minutes off the stove. Take myna in bowl add some water and make it like a chapatees and fold them in the cones form. Then stuff the cone with mixture we prepared by adding potato and close the cone by pressing at the open end. Now place a bowl on the stove and add some oil so that the cones should completely drown in the oil because then only the cone completely turns to crispy and golden color. Now add those stuffed cones in to the bowl which contains oil and fry them for few minutes. After that take the samosas out and place them on the plate by placing tissue paper on the place so that the whole oil of the samosa gets absorbed by the tissue paper and the samosa will be dry to eat.
