Preparation Of Brinjal Bajji
CONTENTS:

Brinjals.

Coconut , green chillies.

Besan powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, cooking soda, chat masala.

Oil to fry.
PROCEDURE:

Grind coconut pieces, green chillies, salt and make paste.

Now take oil in pan and fry the paste and keep this stuff aside to cool.

Take brinjals cut in middle, fry them in pan with lid on it, and keep aside.

Now take a bowl and add besan powder, salt, cooking soda, red chilli powder, water and prepare batter.

Keep the stuff in brinjals, dip them in batter and deep fry in oil.

After removing them from oil, sprinkle chat masala over them.

Serve them hot with tomato sauce.
