Ingredients:
Rice – 4 cups
Tymol seeds – 1 1/2cup
Sesame seeds- 1/2cups
Salt – according to the need
Oil – according to the need
Process –
Take Rice in a bowl and wash it with water thoroughly. Now soak the rice in water for 3 to 4 hours. Now remove water and spread a clean cloth and pour the wet rice on the cloth. Dry the rice for 3 hours and they grind the dried rice. Now take another bowl and place it on the stove. Add some rice powder in it and pour all sesame seeds in it and fry them on small flame. Now take another bowl add some sesame seeds which are fried in rice powder. Add some tymol seeds and salt to the sesame seeds in the bowl. Now add some water and mix them. Now take a cloth and make the mixture in round shaped moulds. Now place bowl on the stove and add oil then fry these round shaped moulds. After they get fried, take a plate place a tissue paper on the plate and serve the round mould on the plate. So that the tissue paper absorb the oil of the round shaped moulds. This is a very famous snack of telangana side of Andhra Pradesh stare. These are very hard to eat and very tasty. I hope you try this snack and enjoy its taste.
