Palak Paneer dosa
Ingredients:
Palak -2bunches
Tomatoes – 100g
Green chili – 10
Chopped Paneer – 1cup
Potatoes – 3
Mustard seeds – 1spoon
Salt – according to the taste
Oil – according to the need
Process –
Boil Potatoes and smash them. Take a bowl heat some oil in it. Now add mustard seeds, smashed potatoes, turmeric powder, then finely mix them. Therefore potato curry is ready to eat with palak paneer dosa. Now wash the palak thoroughly and then chop it into tiny pieces. Now chop tomato also. Grind the chopped palak, tomato and green chili so that the mixture should be in paste form. Now place a pan on the stove and add some oil on it. Drop the paste on the pan in the form of dosa. Fry it on both sides and sprinkle chopped paneer in that. After it get fry completely take it into a plate. As we prepared potato curry at the starting, so we can have dosa with it. This was a nice combination and very tasty to eat. Palak paneer dosa is good and healthy food as leafy vegetables are mostly preferred as healthy food. Children love to have this snack item.
