Introduction:
For over two years, 20-year old management student fights for survival from terminal depression. He has panic reaction occurred through sense of undefined feelings without any recognizable background. Through the night, he hardly gets into sleep, he struggles to close his eyes, whenever he tries to sleep, a long stretch of lights inside streams of darkness comes creeping towards him. When he came in the morning the same set of parallel movements overshadowed his day. There was time he actually felt death is the most vital solutions for this ongoing stress crisis. He remained closed inside home and hardly went to the outside world. He was afraid of sunlight and the sounds of vehicles. He felt all sounds of vehicles were designed to irritate him. He did not like his family. He became angry without any reasoning. The tension spreads across family. They agreed to seek medical care. Finally, he was admitted to NIMHANS (National institute of mental health care and science) and stayed there for two weeks. He was consulted by an eminent psychiatrist who diagnosed him and prescribed few medicines. He was detected with schizophrenia. He was affected by anxiety and serious disorder. He was trying to escape from the real problem by complying with an alternative thought process. After strings of sessions of counseling and medication, things were producing better.
Why did the mentioned person suffer anxiety? Anxiety is a condition of mind. According to Seymour B. Sarason (Yale professor of psychology) “Anxiety is a diffuse, vague, very unpleasant feeling of fear or apprehension”. When the mind is surrounded with imaginary conceptualization of fear psychosis of future events, all these tend to advocate the sense of diffuse and create a virtual unpleasant moments. India is far behind in research of mental psychosis and many unwanted preconceived social ghettoes surrounds among different strata of societies about the state of uneventful fear of future. There is estimation about one or two percentages of the entire population of India has serious mental disorders. About one person are every five people of India suffer from minor mental disorders. In India, people are ignorant of the state of mental disorders and tend to ignore all these aspects of human psychosis. There are fewer doctors and nurses related to treatment of serious mental health disorders and depression are available today in India. Anxiety and fear are normal responses to a perceived threat. It becomes abnormal to a third person who perceives behavior of a depressed person as unwarranted and undesirable. It creates a sense of helplessness, apprehension and produces a series of negative thoughts. Apart from derived mental tension, anxiety can bring forward serious physical symptoms such as heart disease, muscle tension and so on. Anxiety is a fear of no reason which can create the feeling of depersonalization.
Anticipatory anxiety:
Anxiety can be spontaneous for any situation. When it is activated by a particular set of events it is called anticipatory anxiety. Think of a situation of the World Cup final, where, India has to score nearer to 300 to win the world cup and initially lost quite a few important wickets in the middle. Only captain and one other batsman are inside the field, and only one wicket needs the opposition to shut up the match. Run rate is on the higher side and India has to take risks in order to cross the winning target. It is a spontaneous situation originated through a series of stressful events that triggered anticipatory anxiety. Bad medications can trigger symptoms of anxiety. Anticipatory anxiety increases cardiovascular problems and diabetes. In another example, a young person joins a good salaried job and he is a bachelor and his company wants fit persons for high-salaried job. His placements were far away from his native town and his parents hardly get the chance to meet him and slowly his manner of living changes due to the advent of corporate style of living. He joins one gymnasium where, he paid 16,000 rupees for a three month’s fitness program. Earlier he was bulky and this creates a sense of shame from among his colleagues. He decided to take a short-term approach and joined local gymnasium fitness program.
It gives to reduce his weight to a normal person within three months. After eight hours of long office work, instead of relaxing at his quarter he used to go to the gymnasium for three hours and followed advice of taking only soups as a main meal during lunch and dinner. One month passed, he reduced 20 kilograms of his overall weight and he was happier with the progress. During that time, the country was reeling under stiff winter and he was taking hardly any vitamin foods which ultimately acted reversely and reduce power to fight with external diseases. Slowly, his heart becomes weak and a layer of new membrane covers external areas of the heart. This reduces blood flow and creates anticipatory anxiety owing to irresponsive and careless food habits. Ultimately, concurrent pain rises to astronomical heights where he is unable to sleep and sit, and was rushed to emergency health care services. He has open heart surgery at the age of 25. This disease is the product of illegal and insincere medication to alter rules of nature of the structural formation of the human body. People do feel that they are alone in suffering acute anxiety problems. It gives them a unique feeling and a sense of differentiation from the rest of people. They feel other people cannot perform the same action which they are indulging too. Negative perception of a future event creates a sense of panic and a series of imaginary feelings by creating frightening and unwanted situations.
Black and white thinking of the flow of events tends to create rigid thought process. It perceives the set of events running out of life is real and definite alternatives. It creates a sense of urgency and absurd personification of events for an absolute impersonification of a real entity. The real cause anxiety and depression are not known fully, but experts believe all these are a combination of genetic and external environmental factors. Slowly we are entering into an individualistic society where continuous pressure to earn more money and rapid population growth is creating lesser opportunities and provides food for creative depression and anxiety. Anxiety emanates from continual job-stress, consumerist aspirations, competitive educational goals, prevalence of excessive alcohol use, anxiety leading to modern living and competitive social media addictions. When someone praises you, it vultures upsurge in the brain to remove anxiety and depression. The problem arises when someone seeks desperately to gain attention from others to be visible in every dynamic competitive world. This combines tension with anxiety which leads to stress and depression. The person tries hard to find the sense of self-worthiness from other sources. This creates the rejection phobias which lead to an untitled virtual world within the sense of destructive perceptions prevailing with different stressful stigmas. Person should differentiate between pseudo-support from the virtual world and real support from real world worries. It is advisable not to think about negative situations and not to talk about recurring stressful situations. It removes possible severe anxiety syndromes.
Dissection of nervous system:
Nervous system is divided into two parts known as the voluntary nervous system and the automatic nervous system. Nervous system filters flow of thoughts emanating from diverse environmental feelings. Voluntary nervous system deals with actions to be performed related to actions originating from body. It deals with rising of leg, walking and so on. Automatic nervous system controls breathing, digestion and growth of the body. The role of automatic nervous system is hardly intelligible to the person. It goes on automatically performing vital human functions as and when it is a need. The most common cause of stress and anxiety is loss of love, prestige and statuses. These voluntary thoughts do not require immediate response from the senses. Changing of social fabric structures and predominance pressure of environment compelled us to transfer all anxieties to the automatic nervous system. With the advent of all these external factors the basic functions with normal automatic nervous system activities such as breathing, digesting and growth of body pauses to perform normally. This makes breathing problems, digestive problems and stops growth. The simple way to solve these entire intended anxiety problem is to reduce the thoughts of unintended voluntary nervous system and channelize into the automatic nervous system. A person experiencing a panic attack is the result of overreaction of the automatic nervous system. Anxiety creates the sense of panic attack to the body which is triggered through the process of simulation of unknown events which creates a deep sense of fear within the entire thought process of a person. It builds a sense of frightening within senses.
It constitutes a series of artificial frightening agents back by a sense of internalization that creates panic attack within people. People are cornered with anxieties diagnosis their body in detail with fear of going worse if all these are not attended properly. These create very reactive body agents originate from adverse drug reaction from diseases. In rural areas, the state of anxiety is always regarded as a state of occult psychosis. People consider these tendencies are signs of black magic and witchcraft. This increases the state of anxiety of the patient and slowly moves to the stage of extreme anxiety and possible stress disorders. It creates annoyances to patient and slowly moves to the stage of no return where intense anxiety may lead to possible terminal stage. The scope of anxiety reaches to psychological, social and biological levels. Anxiety popping out of social causes can be eradicated through awareness and rise of scholastic standards. Anxiety feelings are normal in day to day life. We think all these anxiety feelings as a state anxious consciousness. Sometime, we feel jittery with election announcements due to the high level of sound pollution. Sometimes, we feel desperate when someone talks about same task again and again. All these are passable stage of anxious jitteriness which we just have to deal with day to day life.
Shared anxiety:
Feeling anxious is normal as it ranges from day-to-day levels and it comes suddenly and ends abruptly. It is a low level anxiety seemingly not posing any such serious health hazards. At moderate level of anxiety, the proposed stress signal shows series of warning signs to take proper actions on stress related issues. The real anxiety comes from the stage of real or imaginary situations. The actual state of anxiety comes from the situation where a new student faces solitariness of compulsive anxiety within mass of unfriendly class-fellows. His mind is full of anxiety and confusion of how to counter these predefined students. Imaginary anxiety can come from the mind of a girl student who is always concerned with the state of being ridiculed from students even if they are well known for her. Both these phenomena give way to a stronger sense of anxiety within visualized thought parameters of recurrence of stress within the central nervous system. According to Thomas J. Hoberty (Indiana University) “anxiety is an apprehension or excessive fear about real or imagined circumstances”. Excessive fear is bad for central nervous system as it can interfere with cognitive thinking process of humans.
Slowly, it creates a state of anxiety related disorders which may be reflected in thinking, behavioral and physiological reactions. All of us cope with different variants of anxieties at different cycles of life; all have unique positive endurances for fighting with different variants of anxieties. We learn from social reactions how to treat and sense anxieties and how to learn from failures to deal with anxieties. During infancy, the small child learns to counter stress and anxiety of loneliness and strangers through the process of crying out and shouting out help to parents and siblings. It is a way to shift anxiety to a more secure support base. When the children begin to show differentiation of strangers from family, it shows the beginning of development of the cognitive process of infant’s mind. Child cries and fouls his limbs upwards to show displeasure of stranger’s presence gives an indication to leave from its presence. It is a disgusting stage for parents in social circle, but it also symbolizes cognitive development of the child in distinguishing parents from other adults. Up to age eight, children are more concerned about animals, perceivable ghosts and other entities to learn more about from parents.
Anxiety is a joint symptom found in children where there is no need for outside intervention. However, when a mind of a child is anticipating which is obvious from his scholastic performances, this creates a case of immediate intervention from psychiatrists. A proper consultation of stress and anxiety can stop further progressing of accumulative stress healthy minds. Parents are a competent judge of their child. How personal, social and economic progress of society is affecting progress of your children? Interventions from psychiatrists or counselors are essential to recognize persisting problems possibly interfering with day to day activities. Prolonged standing anxiety persists on a single factor unidentifiable and focused within a specific environment accompanied with persistent fear and worry of concern. Here, is one such example of “separation anxiety” which leads to depression. One of my colleagues, has serious “separation anxiety” arising out of abrupt death of his lady love. He reached NIMHANS (National Institute of Mental Health and science), Bangalore. It creates dual thought process within prominent part of it as it is preoccupied with pre-established thinking processes. Prevalence of common mental disorders is widespread among a sizable population of India.
Social anxiety disorder (SAD):
During medical sessions, doctors advised my colleague suffering from schizophrenia went to write down daily activities through a diary of events and maintain a diary mostly written with pen and paper. He is invited to write in his mother tongue and regularly visit the nearest temple as a practice to keep peace of mind. Social anxiety disorder (SAD) creates intense fear among patients to attend communal festive occasions. Person implicated with SAD wants to avoid social gathering and want to stay out from all these collectively dominated festive occasions. It creates a sense of phobia, embarrassment, humiliation concentrated from negative thoughts arising out from public scrutiny affecting speaking and hearing power in civic occasions. It builds a sense of profound depression of different situations through sensing of partial identities. It affects sensory organs by reducing speaking power, eyesight and slow movement of limbs. It generates huge sweating and pounding of heart in front of many people. School avoidance anxiety is one such downturn, where student becomes reluctant to reach for school due to separation from home and parents. Students show vague signs of recession to avoid schools. They try to show artificial signs of nausea, sleeplessness, depression to avoid attending school.
Countless people perceive social anxiety disorder as madness and try to indicate the affected person of his indifferent attitudes. SAD is a part of mental anxiety which sometimes shows irrational mannerisms completely different from conventional behavioral patterns from the rest of people. People turn to doctor to cure viral fever and common cough and flu syndromes, but are inclined to suffer in silence of mental illnesses. Greater share of stresses come upon family members who act as caretakers to completely serve mental illness of the patient. The role of family members in caring for persons with severe mental disorders is important. It is important to recognize whole of these anxieties of family member, and seek for therapeutic intervention wherever possible. Family should look for abnormal behavior such as over reacting to situations, avoidance of the family, over-socializing, change in sleep habits and complete loss of appetite are some of warning indicators which family members should consider. Increase in smoking and alcohol consumption lead to prominent sexual problems which bypass tensions to create anxieties. Severe consumption of liquor can lead to obstruction of the heart membrane to disturb conventional heart functionalities.
Psychometric assessment:
Once the patient is taken to mental health care, diagnosis of the patient is the next best step. Prior to proper diagnosis, patient’s history and proper documentation of life line leading to mental illness is supposed to be documented. Modern and innovative technologies such as “psychometric assessment” produces scales of stresses and anxieties in accessing individual personality, frustrations, mental disorders. Most mental illnesses cannot be cured only with medications. Recent research has proved that anxiety disorders are completely curable through Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy (CBT). Unfortunately worrying about all the events happening at all-around us create deep spectrum of anxiety with unwarranted apprehensions. When anxious thoughts burden your mind, postpone it immediately and write down on a piece of pen and paper to erase completely from mind. It is better to accept negative part of life and securely erase uncertainty that has no possible immediate solutions. Anxiety reduces natural stress reducing elements.
Practice regular relaxation techniques:
Adopt healthy eating habits to control the fluctuation of blood pressure level. Going the day without food for a precise period of time can mount blood pressure which can increase anxiety level. It is best to go for small food eating habits with one hour interval throughout the day. Begin the day with breakfast, and eat regular food throughout the day. This reduces anxiety as blood pressure stays normal. Reduce alcohol and nicotine from drinking and smoking habits. Human beings equate human body with mind. Body has a constant shape and most times remain the same. On the other hand mind has no definite shape and structure. Mind is dynamic and it goes through rapid changes. Sometimes, change to structure of mind is speedier than the speed of light. It is unimaginable how shape of mind changes within seconds. For this, it is not easy to understand full functionalities of mind at the widest stretch of imagination. Mind consists of river of thoughts and constantly many simultaneous thoughts perform multi-tasking within hemispheres of the human mind.
Yet some thoughts out of the river of thoughts remain with us and become full with plenty of good qualities that is materially possible for us to construct one of our strongest senses of identities. In this way, mind becomes discipline of various worst thoughts. Strong set of concentrated ideas from happier thoughts can create the level of concentration for a strong sense of disciplinary focusing on scientific truth with clarity. Remove anxieties of regular thought processes and choose nicer and happier ideas to create the most possible set of practices prerequisite for tranquility. One has to be consistent and periodic in fighting out and driving out the worst thoughts of mind and deposit all valuables to achieve proper attainment to happiness. The mind is like a locker in a bank, where one always inclined to deposit valuables and like this one has to deposit all valuable thoughts and remove anxieties. It is better to deposit all happier and wisest moments inside the brain to create the necessary processes for enhancement of happiness.
What are causes of school absenteeism?
Mind is supreme; it contains endless treasure related to management of life. It is the hall of wisdoms with every cell in an optimized form takes the burden of daily life. It removes the serious cases of depression and anxieties. It is better to understand the mind and evaluates its health. Throughout the world prevalence of psychopathology within youth estimates about 5 to 25 percentages but far less number of youths goes for complete treatment. In medical science treating of psychopathology is extremely easy and the percentage of recovery is on the higher side. Anxieties can lead to severe panic disorders born out from severe psychosocial outcomes which can prove to be terminal if it is prolonged for longer times. It creates fears of excessive separation from persistent avoidance to escape imminent stress. The child worries about disappearance of parents when he attends school. Think of a small child who always searches his father, when he is in office, and in order to find him, the child used to go from room to room to find him. All these are heterogeneous clinical presentation of separation anxiety deprivation. This begins to show, the cognitive development of the brain of a child. It leads to behavioral symptoms of child such as crying and complaining.
It also leads to physical symptoms such as muscle cramps, chest pain, vomiting and nightmares completing with sleepless nights. All these bodily symptoms create panic attacks of spells of fainting, abdominal pains, headaches and dizziness. It makes frequent cause of school absenteeism and the child usually spent many days attending hospital. These symptoms disappear when the child stops going to school. These symptoms of anxieties are predominant with a child under six years old. Children under the age of six are accustomed to parents and siblings and accepting people from outside remains an unresolved mystery for them. A person with clinical anxiety syndrome needs to be heard precisely and people who are listening to should have a deep sense of understanding of background so that cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can be integrated into integral part of treatment. CBT is a psychological therapy aims at changing etiquette into normal circumstances with processing analysis of understanding of several of path for reasoning of human behavioral aspects.
Anger management:
Anger originates from mind; it continues for a prolonged period and affects self as well as persons all around. Number of researches probes into CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) as the single most inventive therapy to diffuse anger within the person. Researchers surveyed and found similar characteristics of anger management therapies in dealing with the reduction of anger and found some particular traits in order to implement successful anger management therapies. The theory of cognitive behavioral therapy deals with the state of mind instead of behaving in reality to the given situation tends to go for self-compressed and isolated behavior where the state of the actual situation has little impact on psychosis of the person concerned. Theory of CBT is great in theory, but it is prone to errors when ideas, feelings and wishes in understanding the feeling of the patient go completely wrong way. CBT goes with an empirical approach in understanding the feeling of the patient through a holistic and collaborative form of therapy.
Depressions do occur in patients of all genders irrespective of locations and is the primary cause of serious mental health disorders. Depression consists of biological, genetic and psychological factors. Depression creates a self deception of reality. It creates unwanted wave of sounds coming from nowhere and sinks into the mind to create unwanted deceptions. Castles of air formulated through internal mind create a point of reality within the mind. But these self-proclaimed truths are not necessarily true. It creates a sense of atonement and most times involve some degree of self-deception. Depressed person lacks catalyst of happiness. Many a time, self-discovery creates a state of personal depression which needs immediate treatment of cognitive behavioral therapy to find suitable management of moods in different situations. The view of reality is severely damaged through dysfunctional thoughts and disgruntled beliefs. Dysfunctional thoughts create blurred thoughts and images through severe physical reactions. Fragmented emotions affect severely behavioral pattern of individuals.
Cognitive behavioral therapy:
CBT is successful when the patient helps physicians for treatment. CBT helps to moderate tensions within patient through adequate implementation of anti-depressant therapies. Severe panic attacks lead to thoughts of suicide or prior suicide behavior can reconstruct thought interventions through the implementation of negative unhelpful thoughts in capturing the intensity of thoughts through emotional shift. It tends to go for complete dominations of alternative thoughts which can make way for moderation of fragments of thoughts believed to be entitled into single absolute thought processes. Theory of CBT is influenced from Buddhist theories aim to create a state of medication from the set of simple living by following a simple path to reach the Almighty. It aims to reach the level of sanctity, through mindful awareness inside imagery process of depression aims to reduce intrusive mental images through positive amplifying thoughts. In treating anxiety and sudden burst of stress two ways processed therapies known as cognitive and behavioral aspects of treatment are successful all over the world. It involves psycho process of understanding diverse atmospheric environments corresponding with relational as well as internal apprehensions within basic thoughts of patients.
Behavioral therapies diffuse connections between virtual situations and real situations of anxieties, stresses and panic attacks. Cognitive therapies give a retrospective view of thinking patterns which affect real thoughts originating from stresses and anxieties. Possible flow of ideas generates from the set of unlimited utilization amongst unintelligible moments inside realms of life of anonymity and stressful panic attacks. CBT combines both behavioral and cognitive therapies to produce minimal processed thoughts that can work on a simple life line in generating an atmosphere of freshness in getting life towards justifiable course of action. CBT as a therapy resembles to coaching and tutoring. It creates complete cognitive and behavioral curriculum vitae of the patient and gives proper advice to stay on track at different levels of interactive behaviors. CBT therapy is like reading in an institution, as the patient will receive “home work” and assignments instead of prescription of medicines. Cognitive and behavioral aspects of the patient are well documented and diagnosed by physicians from time to time.
Limbic system:
Most people reaching for CBT, aims at changing something in their life which they feel are not giving them the sense of comfort in dealing with normal activities. CBT aims to recognize basic needs properly so that treatment can be adequately organized and self-centered around the patient. Focusing on unfinished emotional businesses of the past can sometimes illuminate real problems of the present. CBT is more forward driven and concentrate on the present but still some aspect of patient if connected with past need to be properly diagnosed and understood by physicians to know the right kind of anxieties which has a strange repeating patterns. Most patients of CBT therapy completed their treatment successfully within a few weeks or months. In comparison patients who are on medication, recovery percentages loom to 60 to 70 percentages. It is essential to touch a good CBT doctor to have complete treatment with success without medication. The goal of CBT is to establish accurate and rational thinking patterns. It creates positive and psychological understanding within the minds of patients through a simulated environment powered by complete history of the patient. Nonetheless, if you are reacting to an event angrily, sadly or strange manner this means it creates one imaginary situation propelling through your senses, which create biased thoughts and feelings in a particular situation. Limbic system are part of a brain which catches emotional reactions in a hurry, and convert these reactions to some super power virtual thoughts such as commencement of huge sounds as well as moving of large vehicles coming towards you at top notch speed which can make or break emotional thinking patterns. This creates nimbleness in approach which has many a times survival values to alter actual senses to imaginary senses.
Theory learning and CBT:
Famous Russian physicist Ivan Pavlov, successfully experiment buzzer theory. His theory is very popular and many psychoanalysts have followed this and quite successful in making it hugely popular. Pavlov sets the buzzer and gives the food to the dog at the onset of the buzzer. After some months, his dog began to salivate after listening sound of a buzzer. This means the interconnectivity of the buzzer with food gives way the thought process of the dog a complete overhaul to connect one event with another. It is the conditioned reinforced reaction of dog, which has overridden spontaneous flow of thoughts and this tendency is prevalent both in humans as well as dogs. It reinforced believe that events like sounding of the buzzer are similar to selling of foods that creates substantially overridden reaction such as salivating. This is called learning theory was uneducated mind of dog able to correlate between the acoustic effect on the smell of food. The conditioned fear is not being reinforced where acoustics and the excitement over food are completely neutral. If a person is under a fear of elevator, he should be time and again go with it while riding on another floor in multi stored buildings.
It slowly eliminates fear of elevators and the afraid completely overruled due to complete extinction of conditioning of fear reaction which does act as support. When a person lost his loved ones, it is to him as if he lost all his happiness over time. The sheer fear of not reaching for happiness has become obvious in the past as all his happiness’s is collided with presence of lover who is now no more. Happiness connects with lost love, and theory of learning examines the collapse of efforts to achieve some valued goal. Acting on these efforts, it reflects on usual activities and social gatherings. Life becomes unrewarding and upcoming morale reaches to the deep dungeon of sadness. Now, it is customary not to hope for enjoyment in changing circumstances that is connected with a lost love. Theory of CBT finds this theory of learning and tries to organize and disconnect these links to remove setbacks and gradually moved back towards learning own normal life.
Gestalt therapy:
Office work environments create a state of anxiety within distinct behavioral interventions. This therapy is completely different from Pavlov’s concept as this therapy believes in creating behavioral interventions that are possible while curing stressed patient with CBT. If you think your girl friend might be hurt creates a feeling of anxiety and anxiousness within your mind. Then in another thought you might feel she has not taken the trouble to have a few words with you and inform you of not reaching in time for dinner which creates uncontrollable angriness. All these are cognitive emotional practices which you will ever take the trouble to settle it. You do not feel any tensed moment upon not arriving to your friend at dinner and it generates a feeling of indifferent and this is the best way to control emotions. Most CBT therapists have advised to stay indifferent to the unique situation and this will reduce anxiety and help to reduce stress and tension. Coolest persons in the world consider. Now he has time to perform unfinished duties, and this creates a sense of relief and relaxes without thinking about the past. All these four reactions are produced from a single situation.
If your friend does not arrive do not have about it. Stay relieved and go home to finish uncompleted tasks and this will create a sense of relief and atonements. Beware of feelings as you have noticed unusual feelings due to the absence of your friend not only charge your emotional coolness but also influence you to go with wrong perceptions. In the specter of uncertainties certain pre-conceived feelings create perceived wrong virtual ideas through a series of strenuous relationships. Affected person realizes how perceived virtual feelings are destroying life. Limit considered boundaries and start reconstructing options before taking recursive actions on perceived feelings. Philosopher Epictetus said, “The thing that upsets people are not what happens but what they think it means. ” The principal part of cognitive behavioral theory is rational emotive therapy (RET). RET modifies thought process of the patient and make them believe with RET analysis in identifying significant irrational beliefs burning out of thought disputes. Origin of cognitive theory dated back to Stoic philosopher, namely Epictetus, who wrote, “Men is disturbed not by things, but by the view which they take of them.”
The structural model of cognitive behavioral theory:
Anxiety is a mood brought upon by preconceived negative interpretation of events. When people are experiencing break up in relationships, one spouse thinks of patching up where other feels happy about the current state of events. Both of them construed break up as mutual incompatibility but both of them more likely to experience depressed moods of a worthless future. This therapy may sound like a self monitoring practice, but still it creates attention and genuine concern to root out all negative thoughts from the mind. The structural model of the thought process in taking care of the cognitive theory is amazingly superlative. Memories stored and parsed into a system inside brain structures known as schemas. Schemas are working with genuine intelligence to scan a set of similar ideas and help to reach a conclusion automatically. Then, it removes all irrelevant ideas from brain’s memory cells. Certain schemas cause dysfunction of brains and break smoother automatic transition from expressions to feelings.
These schemas predominantly structured since childhood and continue to filter undesirable experiences. It creates vulnerability to profound depression and anxiety. Dysfunctional schema filters certain protective behaviors that lead to automatic thoughts of discrete negative impressions about self. With cognitive behavioral therapy, one can change this dysfunctional loop. It creates Meta tag of continuous thought processes, to enhance ability to reflect on thinking. Every time distorted automatic thoughts from dysfunctional schema undergoes unchecked, the level of anxiety and depression rises to astronomical level. Automatic thoughts come to mind thousands times a day, and it is best to check all these through cognitive behavioral theories. Do not ignore core beliefs as it is the stronger side of the schema where it develops since birth and continues to thrive for excellent ideas to have a perfect sense of visibility even during the deepest depressions and anxieties. The experience of depression is like moving inside dense forest.
Conclusion:
Theory of CBT breaks it down into three categories such as physical, behavioral and emotional. It breaks depressions into discrete categories of tangible substances and treats them in the perspective of behavioral, physical and emotional point of views. Depression is a mood of the state capable of making negative life events from cumulative stresses, anxieties, bipolar disorders and other forms of biological shortcomings. Depressions are not singular events; it stays within the mind to make a prolonged state of emotional disorders. It is vital to create a period of reduced slumps and during these times, the patient actually feels better and the level of depression dips downwards. In this approach, it is able to save the core schema of brains intact and healthy. Recovery from downturn comes gradually to people to recover slowly from long drawn depression and it takes time to reach normal function. Anxiety is the most common psychiatric disorder. It is easily treatable with cognitive behavioral therapies. It is urgent painful emotion of undeniable aspect of the incident. It creates a void of thinking patterns and does not allow considering beyond certain level of seriousness.
Amplification of disastrous situations within anxiety is extrapolated to gigantic level whereas space of thinking about solving the cause of anxiety is minimized to the tiniest conceivable existence level. Anxiety comes from over use of avoidance strategies. Consider Robin to appear for a job interview tomorrow. He prepares well, but the floods of unhelpful thoughts coming out from mind about possible tense situation might have been there on the spot of a job interview. He wants to cancel a job interview owing to the advent of heavy tensions and anxiety. Anxiety makes avoidance and this cycle if not pause for some time, can create distracted job experience. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy maintains a high level of success in the treatment of anxiety, while interventions such as medication are effective 70% of the time. Therapies such as CBT and “theory of learning”, “Gestalt therapy”, rational emotive therapy (RET) create behavioral interventions through a clinically and research proven breakthrough in mental health care.
