Psychosocial Changes In Adolescents.
Adolescents [teenagers], often deal with conflict as teenagers try to gain control of their lives from parents.
Issue of privacy comes between teenagers and other family members, to whom they don’t want to share.
They try to create their own identity trying not to take help of anyone. They may also show greater interest in sexual relations due to hormones that develops at this time.
Anything which is told by parents or any other third person won’t be understandable by them and they take in negative way, generally we say that at this age blood burns.
This is the age when compared to other stages of life where most of the teenagers go to depression and suicide.
Reasons for this depression and suicide are generally because of there demand and that are not fulfilled by there parents.
As a result at this age a code of personal ethics is developed, based partly on parent’s ethics and values and partly on parent’s ethics and values on the influence of the teenagers environment.
Many teenagers are fixated on their public image and are terrified of being embarrassed.
It is good for both parents and teenagers to be very friendly and understand each other needs in a better way and to avoid all conflicts.
It is also very important for parents to give proper counseling to children in a patient way to how to deal with all the changes that are taking place in them.
Many schools these days also started some special classes for these teenagers as how to handle themselves.
This stage is very important for teenagers to take in a smooth way, as it deals with the next serious step of life.
Finally it is responsibility of parents first how they take care and bought up their children and secondly it is duty of teenagers to understand and listen to parents and choose a right path for their bright carrier.
