Now days NPO sector is increasing in India due to heavy out sourcing by USA and some other countries.

so this is a great job opportunity for youth mass and who wants to make career in BPO.

But I think in other way about BPO sector, as some BPOs ( International) are offering good salary to there employees near around RS12000,Rs20000 and there minimum criteria is only 12th pass with good communication skill.

I have seen in metro cities students after completing 12 th exam they are joining BPOs and they are deviating themselves fro there core objective of further studies.

I think BPo is the ebst who have completed Graduation and searching for job which can help them to get confident before appearing any Interview because they will face so many question from different types of customer.

But it totally individuals choice . who wants to join can join with having good communication skill and basic knowledge of computer.
