Are you bored of seeing the same windows logo on startup.No problem now you can start up your windows without windows logo.
To do it
Goto Run and type msconfig and press enter.
In the System Configuration Utility, select BOOT.INI tab
In that tab check /NOGUIBOOT and click apply.
Now restart your system.
You will find that windows is starting without the logo.

To delete the files from the recent files list in Windows Media Player,there are two ways you can clear the list:

I. The ClearMRU.exe Utility is available for free in the Windows Media Player Bonus Pack from Microsoft, but Microsoft does not support this tool.

II. You can also manually delete the list through the Windows Registry:

1. Start the Windows Registry Editor, regedit.exe, by typing regedit in the Windows Run Command Line.

2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Player\RecentFileList.

3. Delete the RecentFileList subkey.

4. If you've also streamed content from the Internet, you can delete the RecentURLList subkey.

5. Exit the Registry Editor.

6. Restart the computer.

Now your recent list is deleted...

EASTER EGGS AND SOME TRICKS WITH Ms-Office2000

Know what is an EASTER EGG:

Well...Its one of the greatest things that you ever want to testify. An easter egg is an international hidden messages or hidden jokes or even a separate hidden feature available along with books,CD/DVD,movie,video,softwares,webpage,games and many more....Now what we are looking is some fun with easter eggs on MS-OFFICE 2000.....but there are some codes available....such as:( all subjected and tested )

1.WINDOWS 98 Easter Egg!!:


1. Right-click an empty space on your Desktop.  
2. Select New > Shortcut from the context menu.
3. In the Command line field, type the following line, exactly as it appears:
'C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\WELCOME\WELDATA.EXE' You_are_a_real_rascal
4. Click Next and then Finish.
5. Edit the Properties for this shortcut.
6. Change the Run field to Minimised. Also, make sure that the Start in field shows 'C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\WELCOME'.
7. Double-click the shortcut and enjoy the Easter Egg.

1. In Excel, open a new spreadsheet.
2. Press [F5] to open the Goto function.
3. Type X2000:L2000 in the reference box. Click OK.

6. Exit by hitting [Esc].
