Copy paste as new article is not proper as this will be same as one that has been rejected. Just see the remarks of the editor/ administrator, edit accordingly and resubmit.

I am asking this because recently one of my articles got rejected by the admin. So my question is once rejected can I resubmit it for review? Or should I copy paste it as new article?
There is no need to copy/paste into a new article, just make the necessary changes that you have been asked to do and send a PM to me, I will review and approve it immediately. I think that is the one you are asking about, isn't it?

First, you check reasons of rejection carefully. Edit with necessary changes. And Resubmit your article.
