Hi Mala Jaiswar, welcome here :) ...First of all we are not allowed to give any link to other article writing sites here, so you will have to delete the link you have given in your post.We cannot copy paste any articles here even ours written on other sites.We cannot associate google adsense either since we don't get paid here for views, it is just upfront payment for published articles and bonus when thereasre contests...all the best :)

But, you can't publish your already published articles here.
Second doubt, we are not a part of adsense. But if you are willing to contribute to the site through forum posts, you can get revenue shares each month. For each 1000 points, you get a revenue share. (You can submit quotes as well, to earn points. )
If so, actively participate in forum. You can get a lot of friends and help as well.
One more thing, you can't copy discussion topics from other forums to this site, even if it's your own creation....

Yes if some one requests for deactivation, his account is cleared and deactivated. Most recent example Ehsa whose status is shown in black after she requested for final payout and paid.
