    I have observed this problem today.I noticed that the last page is an empty page and it is giving an error message,try again.

    Even i faced the same problem. I guess , as Maverick said, there could be the problem while creating quiz which lead to problem while answering the quiz.

    i too faced that problem, all answers where reset to first option...
