Neither there is securiy nor good financial management. she is asking for stoppage of paying dividend to Central Government. The capital employed in railway is from people including those who do not travel on trains. why does Mamata Banerjee want to deprive them by not paying dividend to Union Budget.
Now Mamata Banerjee also wants to defer service tax liability of Railway on goods transport. It may be recalled that road transporters have to pay service tax. Why Rail goods transport be given differential treatment.
