Dharamshala: In a shocking scam that has come to light in Himachal Pradesh, more than 200 students got first class pass certificates from the state board this year without even stepping foot inside an examination hall.
Ashwini Dogra is the man behind the scam that gave students a first class pass certificate for the board exam, all at a cost of Rs 20,000.

This is shocking. Even in U.P. students manage to pass LL.B. and other exam without study. Things are however now better. In Bihar and U.P. there are some Hindi/ Sanskrit university that give degrees like VIDHI Visharad termed as LLB equivalent. There is big scam in education. Various educational bodies are spoiling career of young people.

well these types of scams are increasing from quiet sometime and in employment cases the amount has been bit high too..finally leading to dissapointment..such people should be punished severely so that no one really dare to cheat... :)
