Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy, who will take over as the 16th chief minister of Andhra Pradesh on Thursday, was once a cricketer and played for Hyderabad in the Ranji Trophy tournament.
The 50-year-old Kiran Reddy is presently the speaker of the state legislative assembly, will be sworn in as the new chief minister by Governor ESL Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan.

It appears that Rosaiah had no experience and he was holding the post on dynastic considerations. Nallari Kiran Kumar, Ex cricketer and speaker appears to be well experienced. He may perform better.

Rosaiah has been made as CM after the sudden and accidental death of Dr.RajaShekara Reddy.
