Controversy raised again on Nuclear Liability Bill as the liability of foreign companies were tried to reduce again.

This is quite concerning news. Why is congress supporting such a bill that does not protect the interests of people in this country.

Again,the liability is only applicable if in case an incident happens and it is proved to be intentional! This is disturbing!

As in the case of Union Carbide Tragedy, who will guarantee that the nuclear establishments are completely safe. This is like waiting for another Chernobyl to happen and the companies responsible again go scot-free!

The present congress ladership does not follow independent policies and is serving the interests of U.S. rulers/ business houses. The last UPA government was proteced by U.S.A rulers and their allies in view of nuclear energy agreement. This answers Kalyani's doubts.
