The statistics given by Sajeetharan clearly establish that Bihar Region is showing growth in income tax collection more than other regions. This is indicative of overall growth in income of the Bihar region. Tax collection depends on income. We cannot assume that Bihar is more tax compliant than others. The only conclusion is that Bihar is progressing. All Biharis and particularly, Nitish Kumar, chief Minister deserve congratulations.
