5 months jail to a swiss man for scribbling in train !!!

A singapore court has ordered 3 strokes and five months jail to a person of switzerland.He sprayed some paints on the compartment of a train and made it dirty.

When these kinds of punishments will be given in India? Then only our country will be clean.

    Unless such strict measures are not put in place, people will take the public property for granted and will keep defacing them!! Such punishment should be implemented in India too!!
    If not, India will forever be remembered by people as a very dirty country!!!

    I agree. Corporal punishment alone is effective. i believe caning is the most effective punishment for breach of traffic rules and spoiling the public property or indecent public behaviour.

    Yes, our country lacks severe penal code.Here high criminals are enjoying their life very beautifully while low one suffering in jails.
