Barack Obama has been ranked as the 15th best U.S. President, just below Bill Clinton but ahead of Ronald Reagan, in a new poll of leading presidential scholars. :)

According to the Survey - The top 5 Best U.S. Presidents are

1. Franklin D. Roosevelt
2. Teddy Roosevelt
3. Abraham Lincoln
4. George Washington
5. Thomas Jefferson
