Any technology is not risk free especially in first few cases. Just as you cannot win a war without casualties, you cannot advance in medical technology without some failures causing death. The death is unfortunate but some risk is inherent.

I agree with you,Gulshan.It's still early days for this therapy and such incidents are inescapable in experimental stages.
