It's, indeed, a part of an overall diplomatic strategy to bring more pressure on Iran to make it toe the line.As we can already observe that following President Obama's move Canada has already decided to move its strategic nuclear asset to the USA.Similiary Ukraine has announced to cease all uranium mining activites by 2012.
