Another slap on the face of society. Law is not equal for all. If you are affluent politically or financially, you can buy law.

Rocky Yadav, the accused in cold blooded murder of Aditya, a class 12 student gets a bail. He belongs to a politically affluent family. This comes from the state of Bihar, a state declared as jungle raj state. But isn't it the condition of the whole nation?

Another feather in the cap of injustice and delayed justice in our country. Many would agree that this too sounded  familiar and expected one. We have witnessed it in past..... the Salman khan case in hit and run, Nitish kataria case.....a lot more on list. Surely assures our belief that sheen of money and power blinds the law.

And once again the lame excuse - lack of evidence. Is it lack of evidence or lack of will??

It's true. Law is not meant for a common man.Influential and and rich can buy the law. Salman's hit and run case and killing of endangered  species of Gazelle or Chinkara  are the examples. But every time influential and Rich cannot succeed in buying the Law. Now, Rajasthan Government has told the Supreme court Salman should be ordered to surrender immediately

It is really a very state of affairs. The judiciary has become a like a puppet in the hands of affluent people. Money and power is what drives the society today. Its very saddening.

Now the Bihar Government has decided to Challenge Rocky Yadav's Bail in Supreme Court. Rocky Yadav is the son of suspended JD (U MLC, Manorama Devi and a History sheeter Bindi Yadav.. He is accused of shooting dead class12 student Aditya Sachdeva for overtaking his car

Bihar is a jungle Raj there is no doubt about that and whatever honorable intentions Nitish might be having, he has been trapped by a criminal minded party led by Lalu.It also shows the apathy of the voters who have voted back such a party. As regards the case the prosecution has not given any solid evidence to the court and the judge was forced to give him bail. It shows how the legal system has been tampered with by the government..first it was a murderer like Shahbudin and now this fellow..

It is not only the case of Bihar. It is a sad state of our Indian society. Every state has a pile of such ruthless cases. Delayed justice and playing around with evidences are common. Bihar and UP get the tag of Jungle Raj while others do not. Because the crime and corruption in Bihar is in raw form and quite noticeable while in other states, it gets a little sophisticated.

It is situation every where. Before some month son of independent MLA of Rajasthan hit and killed some person. Some police men also injured. At that time the son of MLA was in drunk condition. In this case blood sample changed and it was proved that he was not in drunk condition.

The general trait in a Politician with very few exceptions is the hunger for Power. These Politicians go to any extent to remain in power. Yes such cases  are there in other parts of the Country too. Power hungry politicians are creating havoc everywhere.

Well I think not only politicians... Everyone is power hungry and wants to be ahead in the rat race....humanity is taking back seat...I dnt know if is like that only in India or elsewhere too..

Everytime the only thing citizens like us can do is to discuss how wrong thngs are... There is nothing much we can do other than that... We hv been reduced to mere spectators

Every one is after  Power .But Politicians are more Power hungry.  Yes, as far as Politicians are concerned, most of the Politicians all over the World are same. The only thing People can do is to elect a Honest and selfless person. Though it is difficult in present situation to get a honest and selfless candidate.

It is human nature to look for security and think of self interest first, which is natural . When this desire gets out of bounds it becomes greed that can lead to far worse things. We see such things happening all the tie with the rich andthe powerful and their families, who tend to think that they are above law..

No body is above law. Being in the power, these Politicians think that anything and everything can be done and go unpunished.  We have seen how these politicians tampered and distorted the proof in this particular case. It is all about politicians greed to stick to power

In books, nobody is above law. But in reality law is a slave to power and money in our society where "humanity" has evaporated and self interest and power hunger drives the conscience

. Law takes  its own course. if not now, the criminals and their criminal deeds will come out one day or other and the offenders will be Booked. Criminal deeds of all be it a politician or an influential person cannot escape from the long hands of the law.

The legal and judicial bodies come from within the society, so we have to blame the blame for letting such a system thrive. I remember when the media, was questioning people soon after this particular incident took place, one of the eye witnesses who agreed that Rocky Yadav and his goons were responsible for the crime but he also went on to say who neta log hai, unse  ooncha Dikane ki kya zarrorat thi ? so in effect they don't feel that he is justified in what he did..can we expect any great change in the system since the legal people cone from the same background. It is a question of changing a whole mindset which may take decades at least ..

Truth is people are afraid of these goons, many have already lost their lives and those remaining want to live their life in peace, at least whatever shreds of peace are remaining there. Nitishkumar did a big mistake when he allied with Lalu Prasad, the results are there for everyone to see, the monster of Shahabuddin, who knows no mercy and has killed so many is back, scot free. So it comes as no surprise that Rocky Yadav too is out on bail and poeple are only blaming the poor victim for getting in his way. It is a mindset from which people can never be free unless and until there is a hardcore military-level action taken and all these goons sponsored  by Lalu and ilk are thrown to rot in dungeons.

I truly agree with you and I think things have to work at round root level

Both Bihar and UP are ruled by goondas , and anyone speaking against their misrule is put in their place depending on their status. Recently we saw how Mulayam dismissed one of his own MPs for speaking abt Mulayams second wife,...this is also the case with Karunanidhi, who preaches others but is openly flouting rules by having 3 wives

Politicians and people with money and power think it to be a right and take a pleasure in violating law on a day to day basis. But the main issue is with the societal mindset as these people also come out of our society. Politicians shamelessly do such things and get media attention and criticism for some time. When the elections are around, they do some political stunt and get positive attention. Their old deeds fade away from our memories and we vote for them again. And many a times, it is a pity with the voters of this country that we are not left with any option but to choose a thief out of the lot of murderers and robbers. And the vicious cycle continues.

Rocky confessed  that he has murdered  by mistake, Aditya Sachdeva  son of a Businessmen. Because Aditya overtook the car of Rocky.Rocky was nabbed in an hour long operation from a concrete plant, belonging to his father.  That is the real face of Bihar known for lawlessness As I was saying all along sooner or later Criminals will be nabbed  and cannot escape from the long hands of Law.

Yes might be and we hope that the culprit will not escape and get caught by long hands of law. But when?? These long trials are tormenting for the kins of the victim. Moreover, meanwhile Rocky can enjoy all the luxuries out on a bail. Meanwhile, Aditya's parents will live with the pain, with the fear and with their fading faith in justice.

Murdered by mistake??? That's a mockery to our system. Carrying a gun for show of status??

For me, Justice delayed is as good as justice denied.
