Provocative language is a part og teasing among many other ways, though all of them are mean. Teasers use these heinous methods.
The volume of such incidents, sadly, is very low. I guess the media should take an active participation and make these incidents viral. The more people know these things, the better for the society.
Most of the girls do not react this way since they think that they don't want others to know about this. Hence guys took advantage. Aprreciations to that girl!
