HOD Bapu Chougule (57) and assistant professor Nilesh Lohar (39) of Mumbai university's physical education department were arrested on Friday for allegedly changing clothes in front of female colleagues.

    Ladies cannot change clothes in front of men. But men usually change clothes openly. There is nothing wrong exposing their upper body parts unlike women. They need wear some towel while changing underwear so as not to expose their private parts.

    I don't think its a serious crime though I have changed clothes even in my car standing on the road many times as could not get a place to change them. :laugh:
