Breaking Anna's fast more urgent than good bill: Khurshid

Yes,its true.We can't wait till the good bill is passed as it will take much time.

Khurshid is very right.Government is really serious in bringing a strong Lok pal Bill. Team anna should persuade anna to end fast. apparently anna's team is not interested in his life. Hence, Government has made a strategy to talk directly with anna instead of through his advisers namely Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi, Bhushan etc.

It is a matter of surprise and dismay that team anna is very adamant, obstinate, foolhardy. They have rejected plea even by PM and parliament to end fast. apparently, Team anna has no love for anna's life and they want to make him their scapegoat for the ulterior motive of anarchy and disorder.

The parliament has decided to debate on lok pall bill tomorrow. We have to wait and watch what happens. But it is a worrying news that Anna's health is deteriorating. He should be healthy to at least lead the team.

This is a gimmick. Adwani has advised manmohan singh that team anna is lured to the word 'jana' before 'Lok Pal Bill'. Hence, Lok pal Bill should be passed in accordance with constitutional provisions and there is no harm in adding 'Jana' before bill name.

When soviet Union and other East European countries sent troops to suppress the internal revolt in Hungary and Czechoslovakia, CPI(M) and CPI both fully supported soviet Union. Now how can they criticize Indian Government for suppressing an internal revolt.

Now anna should break fast. He can if necessary continue agitation in other form. There has to be end of everything howsoever good this may be.

Swami Agnivesh has also distanced himself from this continuous hunger strike. In fact, Kiran Bedi had told that this is not fast unto death but an indefinite fast. The team anna is flouting all norms and the agreement for allotment of space for their agitation. If any thing untoward happens, only team anna chief managers namely Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi will be responsible and even liable to prosecution for abetting suicide.

CPM leaders were not known to be practising corruption some decades back but some present leaders are not at all any different from their counterparts of any other political party. I can cite Sarla Maheswari's case out of so many!

anna health is going down day after day so it is very nessary for anna to break the fast as too early as possible.

I am not refuting the allegation of corruption against CPI(M). This is better known to those in West Bengal. I just pointed out their hypocrisy in championing democratic rights of people. They supported Soviet Union in crushing internal revolt in Hungary and Czechoslovakia. This exposes their concern for democratic movement.

I was never convinced of their democratic credentials and I am not at all surprised at their hypocritical stand on democracy. When these leaders lecture us on democratic values we know it very well what they are doing!
