yes it is the prime minister's responsibilty to check on corruption but then one person cannot be blamed for this.
It has been aptly suggested that Prime minister cannot be expected to know all details about corruption. But he should not shield the corrupt when this comes to his knowledge. No action is taken against the corrupt even after opposition, parliamentary committees, C&G and other agencies highlight the corruption. Prime Minister and the cabinet take action only when this becomes absolutely indispensable. This is what we worry more.
