The Bombay High Court has dismissed an appeal by Lalit Modi challenging an earlier decision by a single judge that allowed the BCCI's disciplinary proceedings against him to continue

The two week period will enable Modi to file an appeal in the Supreme Court. The bench of Justices Ranjana Desai and RG Ketkar had last month heard Modi's counsel Ram Jethmalani and the BCCI through its counsel Rafiq Dada and Raju Subramaniam.
