In the survey conducted across Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore, around 50 top officials and 500 employees of various corporate offices were interviewed by ASSOCHAM representatives to unearth the impact of the Indo-Pak clash on the corporate world. "Indo-Pak matches are more than just cricket," says ASSOCHAM National secretary general, DS Rawat, "And considering the hysteria of the semifinals, it is a matter of interest to everyone. India Inc. is also viewing it as an opportunity to strike a bond of amiability with their staff, and is thus granting leaves to their employees to help cheer our Men in Blue emerge victorious against their arch rivals."
