The ageing Fatehpuri mosque in Old Delhi is awaiting a much-needed facelift that can extend by some 100 years the life of one of the grandest Islamic monuments in India.

    It is encouraging that at last the Government is acting to restore the mosque to old glory. Kapil Sibal needs commendation for his active interest in the matter.

    A good move by Kapil Sibal to renovate the glorious Fathepur Mosque.It is pathetic to know that for 30 years this issue was not getting focus .

    I thought it was the mosque in Fathehpur Sikri.But later realised it is in Delhi.It is a good movement to restore old monuments.
