Actor Sanjay Dutt was sentenced to six years in Jail in 2007 in an arms case related to the 1997 Mumbai Blasts.
Now he will be released from the jail on February 27,on the grounds of good behavior.

It is right Sanjay Dutt is not only prisoner of good behave, thousands prisoners are waiting for their release after completing period of punshiment.

You are right. Now Sanjay's release has been challenged and Court is going start hearing in February.
Yes release has been challenged, but if it is as per rules and regulation than how can court stop his release.
It all depends on the evidence. Evidence on flimsy grounds will not work.
Who will arrange evidence, Police! It is not tough work for them to arrange nonfilmsy evidence.
Of course evidence can be purchased.Loop holes in the law can be utilized for the advantage of law offenders.
