Yes yoga is much effective. I am also doing Pranayam only for 10 minutes and my weight is under control. If some one practice Pranayam for 30 minutes everyday, he/she will not need any medicine whole life.

 Very true. Even doing Pranayama for 10 minutes also helps. Of course if you can increase the duration of Pranayama, there is no need to go to a Doctor.

 

 

Prevention is better. Because if one gains weight it is very difficult to reduce it. Even if one succeeds it comes back.

Yes. The cost invested for preventing is much less than the cost spent for medication.
