Aryabhatta invented Zero is just an example of Indian inventions and there are many such inventions. And these inventions started from mythological age.
Really the history of India is great. Most of the things in history were spoiled by Muslim rulers and British rulers. But still the India is standing in the line of progressive countries.
Nothing can change History. The pictures in the link article says it all. In some cases like invention of Zero was acknowledged by all the Historians of the world.
I agree that the History cannot be changed, but the Britishers forced Indian to follow their culture and they want to get credit of great inventions done by Indians. One such invention was 'flying machine'.

Indian contributions were in ancient world and rightly they should be appreciated. But when it comes to modern world we have to accept the fact that our contribution has only been population. Why it happened needs to be researched and understood.Merely blaming Muslims and British is skirting the issue. Why did not the fantastic contributions make us strong instead we became weak and got colonized.
I agree. I'm of the opinion that any country should be built on it's strong foundation of the past. Simply basking in the glory of the past is in noway is good for a country.
I agree with you population has to be controlled. As a whole it is the country's problem. without caring about other religions and beliefs it is necessary to find a way to control the population.
