I agree with @ sunil but I am having problem with their phone shopping. They just say that it is promotional offer and if we dont like the product we can return it back. They somehow drag into this though we don't order them exactly and after that say refund will be given which do not happen. :unsure:

@Sunil I too don't have the proofs to show that I haven't ordered as transaction is done on our credit card. The bank can only help I think.

If you have used your credit card for this, then you still have chances of getting back your money, I already mentioned that in my earlier post. All you have to do is give a written application to cancel the transaction, you will have proof of it in your credit card statement, that is enough for you to take action!

If you have used your credit card for this, then you still have chances of getting back your money, I already mentioned that in my earlier post. All you have to do is give a written application to cancel the transaction, you will have proof of it in your credit card statement, that is enough for you to take action!

Yes Kalyani I understood what you said. But the bank is not willing to involve in this as the transaction is already done. I think in my bank statement the transactions details can be used as proof to say I have done payment but what i am not able to prove is that I was not interested in doing the order and the bagittoday is cheating me every time and doing the order by themseleves.

The credit card co. or bank can actually not refuse to cooperate with you on this, there are no rules that say that you have to prove your interest or disinterest in any kind of transaction, you will have to be very stern with the bank on this issue, since that is the only way you can get your money back. If necessary try and speak to some legal counsel who specialises in bank matters!

If the bank refuses to help in any way, the next best option is to consult a lawyer and send a legal notice to all parties concerned, normally they wake up and come down for a compromise...
