Friends i am not able to add images to my articles. :(

I read article by Swetha regarding this but still i am unable. :(

I am not able to find formtting bar on the space where we submit articles please help. :(

    This is in the top navigation buttons, second row a picture frame in blue color. Although this is easy if you place your cursor on every button you will learn them all and find it easily.

    SJ..I have added photos in all my 3 pending articles.. There is blue button on RICH TEXT BOX during submitting.. Just press it and you will get the uploading option..

    Upload image and then press insert and okay.. Done..

    But I guess we can't upload image in our content when we try to edit our already submitted article.. As during edit mode we don't get RICH TEXT BOX..
