is KVP interest rate greater than NSC, & is punjab maharashtra bank safe .also plz specify gud high interest rate scheme & insurance for interest investing

Though the interest rates in KVP and NSC are not great but they are reliable investments. Apart from this if you are interested in some monthly incomes than post offices MIS schemes are quite hands.

About Money back policy in Insurance I have heard that it is quite popular.

Lastly, if you are referring to Punjab National Bank yes It comes under the nationalized bank and investment with them is quite safe...!
