Improving English Writing Skills
We think in the same language that we speak and that is our mother-tongue. That is the reason why we face no difficulty in writing and speaking our mother-tongue.

The same principle applies to English... If you want to write or speak good English... do think in English only...

Bhanu- You are correct. We can best express in our first language or mother tongue. But this thread is for improving our writing skill. So, please write anything that may help others in improving English language skills. If you need any help, also write.

i have seen many members writing- I am agree. This is an example of thinking in Hindi and translating. The correct usage is 'I agree' We may say- "I am agreed' or 'I agree'. But, "I am agree' is totally wrong.
