Postal week celebrations from today

HYDERABAD: Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan will launch the National Postal Week celebrations at a function to be held in Jubilee Hall here on Saturday.

Saving Banks day will be observed on October 11, Mails Day on October 12, Philately Day on October 13, Business Development Day on October 14 and Postal Life Insurance day on October 15.

    This is a good initiative taken by the postal department.It is exciting to receive letter addressed to us.It is always precious than the email. :)

    really postal is serving as a lot and helping us to delivery of ur needs at low cost from the past.....

    LETTERS have been a part of our life few years ago...But as years passed postal letters have become less and wishes are being sent by SMS, online greetings and e-mails which really made postal cards sales less..

    Hope this will increase its sales...
