How to draw an image in an article?

I had an article.I want to draw an image in it.Such image is not available any where and I had no scanner to draw it and scan and upload.Then can I draw it directly when submitting an article?

Is it possible for you draw it in paint and attach the image to your article?

Mean,
I thought about it.But it takes time to draw there and upload here.If the editor was incorporated with drawing tool this was very easy.
