2. How to give rise to more job opportunities?

To your first question i will say corruption cannot be removed from India and for your second question i will say to provide more job opportunities to the people government should start new projects.

Strict and strong implementation of law without looking the face of criminal will make people aware of crimes and naturally will reduce the number of crimes.

crime will never be removed from here,.....there's always someone crazy out here,
start hiring people other than family members
