By vegetables, do you mean all vegetables..
i thk, especially, raw banana and beans are good for health, in addition to fruit salads..
all vegetarian foods are very good for health..

I have Read some where we face some deficiency of soem vitamins if we do not eat non-veg.

can any one explain me is it true?
I think it is Vitamin D which is present mostly in non-veg foods..
