Salman Khan Acquitted in one more case.

After these type of cases, people start loosing their faith in the judicial system and if this continues for the coming years, situations may occur that people will not file any case and judgment will be done on the spot by the public itself.

Since many years people lost their faith in our Indian Judicial system.. It must be thoroughly overhauled, otherwise crime rate will rise up and the Criminals will increase beyond imagination

Manoj, I must appreciate your sense of humor. Your quote, after eating away 100 rats, the cat went to Haj, says  about the double speak and double standards of Salman

On one side Salman is being condemned for being acquitted by Court for killing a Bird and on The other we are seeing an agitation for restoring a sport where a bull is terrrorized by hundreds.

Can Modi change this? If he has a dream he should file a special petition inthe Supreme Court and ask for expeditious hearing , both in this case and teh earlier acquittal case of deaths in Mumbai. But it wont happen. Secondly why this case took 18 years? Can the SC answer?

Bishnoi community decide to file petition is the Supreme court.

These people who give judgment on the basis of money have make fun of our judicial system. Now jokes related to Salman Khan's case are now trolled on social media. See in the below picture, where Asharam is requesting the security guards to release him for one day, he will take Salman's Advocate contact number and come back to jail.

It must be clarified here that anger against Salman is not merely for his killing the black bucks (they are animals, not birds) but more against his acquittal in spite of his being guilty in killing of footpath dwellers in drunken stupor. It is a valid question regarding people's agitation in favor of a bloody, vicious sport that hurts bulls seriously, but then I don't suppose Tamils are known for their kindness towards animals or nature, which is much the opposite of the Bishnoi community. As far as I am concerned, I am against everything that goes against humane and kindness, be it against humans or animals or nature. I despise Salman as much as I despise people who hurt animals and nature.

Rightly said Kalyani, I too have similar sentiments regarding matters where animal safety and sensitivity is concerned. 

There are lots of problems regarding this special man whose name is Salman khan and I really appreciate his concerned why he is not marrying any girl because he thinks that if he marries then what will happened to the bride, if he is sentenced to jail for a long time.

It is his personal thinking why he has not married yet, but I don't think that he has not married because as he may be get Jail.And also he knows our corrupt judicial system and he is sure that he will never get punished for the crimes he has done.

First of all when there are enough number of females ready to fall for him, is there any need to get married ? He is having enough fun without the responsibility that comes with marriage.

Secondly, when there are fans like you Special Salman Khan knows he can get away with murder which has committed more than once !

And the problem is not with Salman Khan but with the faulty system and people in India. People don't differentiate between a star and a criminal. Remember the celebration outside his residence by his fans after he was acquitted in hit and run case. We get into worshipping without putting a demarkation between the personal and professional life. He might be a good entertainer but has committed crime that deserves punishment. 

Now media will glorify him by taking interview- " From being bad to being human".. and fans will glue to their TV and cheer him up.

Salman khan has found the Loop holes in the Judiciary system of India and used it cleverly for his advantage.  He knew that he never be Caught or punished.

Barkha Dutt had already that once, now she can go on to the second instalment since she any way seems to be perpetually on the side of anti socials and terrorists and less concerned about the safety of the nation..

Just because judgement has not gone your perceived way, the whole system and every one is corrupt and biased. In Rajasthan many will tell you how a community of protectors are known to blackmail also.

Frankly, India is unsuited to democracy. We never had democracy for 4000 years and that is the bane of the problem. Indians understand " danda" and that is a fact.

To some extent, what you said is true.  Dictatorship is not an  answer but a strict implementation of Democracy will serve the purpose.

Judgment are based on what are the evidences and that is the way judicial system moves, and sometimes I failed to understand why there has always been question to judicial decision making processes.
