Why casino keyword is high paid and top in Google?

Most of game and earning sites are fraud. Gambling is shortcut method of earning. It is reason that more peoples attract to it. It may be reason that casino keyword is high paid one.

I think this type of Game mostly played on out of India like USA,Australia London etc because In India Most of people do not know about this game is available online.

yeah the game whose output is more then input is the best attract for the people and the people are ready to pay high so to get high output

Yes its not good and better if its be away in India . Mostly more percentage is fraud case,

Casino means, " gambling den. If it is top in Google search engine, it doesn't mean one should will become a Gambler. One becomes a Gambler, even  without knowing that there exists a search engine called Google.

Google also support advertisement for casino game so there may be one reason to being popular this keywords.

The reason behind popularity in the list of Google search is it recognizes the key words, which is essential to make Casino popular.
