Where do you invest your money?

When I look at dividend returns of equities, it is easy decision to heavily invest in equities. Luck is a sweat of dividend. The more one invest time on it, the luckier one could have been!

My cup of tea is property which grows with time.

Investment is a creative art. Best investment is the quality of reading one invest upon through reading books, journals and so on. 

Investment is not a creative art but mere common sense. One should know where his investment yields an income without hassles.

You need to have economic sense as well as be aware of financial and property trends which you get by reading papers and articles... Even the best of investors go wrong at times because of calamities which happen without any warning.So it is better not to put all our eggs in one basket ..

I agree Usha. Whatever little knowledge i have, i use it choose the safest and hassle free investment.
