Yoga in different forms has been accepted as the best tool to calm down the nerves and to give a serene and tranquil mental condition that leads to a sound sleep. Now even the more developed and advanced counties which refused to accept Yoga and its curative qualities once. are vying with each other to include Yoga in their daily routine.
